[DDR3]

[DDR4]

The standard DDR4 memory voltage is 1.20 V.

When overclocking, the DDR4 memory voltage may increase; please refer to the memory’s specifications for the recommended values.

In general, voltage above the rated memory specifications can damage the memory modules over time. Please also note that increasing the voltage will result in higher energy consumption and greater heat output and excessive heat will shorten the life of the memory modules.

[DDR5]

The standard DDR5 memory voltage is 1.10 V.

Overclocked DDR5 memory may operate at higher voltages. Please refer to the memory’s specifications for the recommended values.
